HISTORY:

In November 2010, an intrepid group of Neveh Shalom Eastsiders met in a living room near Mt. Tabor to discuss the creation of a little Neveh Shalom East-side action. After much discussion about how to define "action," Mizrach: A Neveh Shalom Community emerged. Since that initial meeting, this small group has celebrated Shabbat together in a local Eastside home and brought in Havdallah together with the larger Eastside community.
