Young Families Hike at Tryon Creek
June 29th, 10am
Bring your family and join us for a young families Nature Walk at Tryon Creek State Park. We'll meet at the Nature Center at 10am and then go on a short nature walk where we'll search for animals and plants in the forest. We'll finish up with a nature-friendly art project for the little ones to take home. The trail is paved and stroller friendly. Bring your own water, snacks, and any other hiking gear that your family will need. See you there!
Fri, July 18, 5:30pm, Jewish Dad’s Night Out family Shabbat picnic at Willamette Park
The guys from the community-wide Dad’s Night Out group invite all dads to bring their families to a casual Shabbat picnic at the playground at Willamette Park. 5:30pm. Bring your own picnic dinner. We will have challah, juice and will do the Shabbat blessings as a group. Come visit our booth! Neveh Shalom will join Sunday Parkways for the 2nd year. Visit us (specific location to be announced in August) or join Mizrach and Shoreshim for the SE Sunday Parkways ride. All are welcome to meet up for our Eastside family friendly ride at the CNS booth at 11:00am, do a bike-friendly craft, grab a quick snack, and then bike at your own pace!
